10. Krampus
When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max still believes in Santa Claus and even writes him a letter, though very soon gets disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas as his cousins humiliate him in front of everybody. This lack of festive spirit unleashes the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers.

9. The Santa Claus
Scott Calvin is disgusted to learn that his ex-wife, Laura, and her husband, Neil, have tried and failed to break it easy to their 6-year-old son, Charlie, that Santa Clas isn’t real. On Christmas Eve, Scott reads “The Night Before Christmas” and then receives an unexpected visitor on his roof.

8. Deck the Halls
Optometrist Steve Finch loves those Christmas traditions he has set up with his family and his town. During the Christmas season, the Halls move into the house across the street from the Finches. As a result this holiday comedy centres around two neighbours who go to war when one of them decides to decorate his house with so many Christmas lights that it is visible from space.

7. Gremlins
In search of the perfect Christmas present for Billy, his teenage son, Randall Peltzer comes up with a “Mogwai”. But, this otherwise sweet and furry pet companion comes with a warning: should its unwise owner break the three fundamental guidelines of owning such a unique creature, all hell will break loose. Of course, Billy disregards the strict rules.

6. The Holiday
Iris is in love with a man who is about to marry another woman. Across the globe, Amanda realizes the man she lives with has been unfaithful. Two women who have never met and live 6000 miles apart, find themselves in the exact same place. They meet online at a home exchange website and impulsively switch homes for the holiday.

5. Fred Claus
The story begins many years ago, when a magical baby was born. Always living in the shadow of his younger and utterly popular brother, Nicholas–or the one and only, Santa Claus–the polar opposite of his holy sibling, Fred Claus, now faces an unforeseen predicament that drags him all the way up to the frozen North Pole to beg for Santa’s help.

This is the tale of Harry Potter, an ordinary eleven-year-old boy serving as a sort of slave for his aunt and uncle who learns that he is actually a wizard and has been invited to attend the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.

It is Christmas time and the McCallister family is preparing for a vacation in Paris, France. But the youngest in the family, Kevin, got into a scuffle with his older brother Buzz and was sent to his room, which is on the third floor of his house. Then, the next morning, while the rest of the family was in a rush to make it to the airport on time, they completely forgot about Kevin, who now has the house all to himself.

2. A Christmas Carol
During the Victorian era, stingy and cranky Ebenezer Scrooge, who hates Christmas, loses his partner Marley on Christmas Eve. For seven years, he runs his business exploiting his employee Bob Cratchit, and spends a bitter treatment to his family. However, that particular Christmas Eve he is visited by the doomed ghost of Marley who reveals that three spirits will visit him that night.

1. How The Grinch Stole Christmas
Rejected by the Whos as a child for being different, and living in spiteful seclusion for most of his life, the Grinch has always hated the citizens of Whoville. The Grinch devises a plot to ruin Christmas by dressing up as Santa in retaliation for being ridiculed and for the citizens endless greed for gifts.
