Pepe, an ex-convict seeking redemption, returns to his hometown of Sta. Rosario determined to start afresh. However, his plans are disrupted when Sabel, his younger sister, inadvertently attracts the attention of a powerful group of wealthy criminals led by the menacing Lando and Martin.
