Sa kuha ng CCTV, makikitang binabaybay ng sasakyan ang M. Lopez Boulevard nang bumangga ito sa likurang bahagi ng truck.
Nasa kostodiya na ng Manila Traffic Enforcement Unit ang driver ng truck, habang patuloy ang imbestigasyon sa insidente.
